Standard One Year Warranty
All Associated Research instruments include at no cost a standard one year warranty. This guarantees a new AR instrument to be free from defects in workmanship for a period of up to 1 year from the date of shipment. There are no costs to the user for this warranty and no requirements for calibration or inspection.

5 Year Product Warranty*
All Associated Research instruments include the opportunity to extend the standard warranty for up to a period of 5 years. Returning instruments to Associated Research for their annual calibration will extend the instrument's warranty for an additional year. This warranty is extendable for up to five years and must be made in succession from the 1st year of purchase. There are no costs for the warranty, however in order to qualify for the warranty the customer will need to return the instrument to the factory for the annual calibration and inspection. The only costs to the customer are the standard calibration fees and shipping costs.

3 Year Warranty*
Associated Research also offers the opportunity to purchase a 3 year warranty for those customers who are unable to take advantage of our extended warranty program. All costs for this warranty are paid upfront and include warranty coverage for three years. These costs also include the cost of annual calibration and return shipping for the three years. However, unlike the 5 year warranty, customers are not required to return the instrument to the factory for calibration and inspection to maintain warranty coverage.
