Customer Support Center & Communications
Our customer support center is staffed with marketing reps and sales engineers who can solve any problem you might encounter. Each staff member has a vast technical background and has successfully completed extensive product and application training, assuring that you will be assisted by an individual who understands your problem and knows just how to solve it.

Unconditional Product Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your AR product you may return it within 45 days of shipment and receive a full refund, exchange or credit towards the purchase of another AR product.

Product Warranties of up to 5 Years
Your new AR instrument is guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship for a period of up to 1 year from the date of shipment. This warranty may be extended for additional periods of 1-5 years as long as the instrument is returned at least once a year to AR for annual calibration and inspection. In addition, for those customers who cannot return their instruments to AR annually we offer a 3-year warranty that can be purchased at the same time as the initial product purchase. This warranty includes product coverage as well as the costs of annual calibration and inspection and return shipping for 3 years.*

Guaranteed Delivery
We know how critical our instruments are in helping assure the safety of our customers' products. When an instrument is needed we know the need is immediate. This is why we offer our industry's only guaranteed delivery. Here's our commitment to you. We will ship any standard instrument within 24 hours of purchase or we pay the freight.* This guarantee covers ALL our standard models, not just a few select ones.

*The instrument purchased must be a "standard" product and cannot include any special options or modifications. Offered only in North America.

World Class Service
We guarantee 24-hour turn-around on calibrations and 48-hour turn-around on normal repairs. Our “Calibration Alert” system will notify you when your instrument is due for annual calibration service. We also maintain a computerized history of your product(s) throughout its life. AR also has an extensive parts department, assuring you of quick repairs or replacement parts. In addition, we maintain an extensive documentation system of operators manuals, schematics and replacement part lists. AR will supply these materials to our customers for up to 10 years on currently manufactured models, and for up to 5 years after a model is discontinued. AR will also provide, at no charge on warranty repairs, a loaner instrument of comparable functionality if the repair will take longer than normal. Rental instruments are also available to customers as needed.

Training & Education
AR offers extensive training and educational programs. Because of the specialized nature of compliance safety testing, engineers and technicians frequently have had little or no training using these instruments. Manuals, booklets and technical notes are available through AR and we also offer on site, regional and factory sponsored training programs. Education is a vital part of maximizing your investment in your instrument and ensures that your testing is being done safely and reliably.
