We recommend annual calibration. Safety agencies usually

| Q. |
I received a calibration certificate with my instrument. However, for my ISO needs I
must have one with complete data. Are these available? |
| A. |
Yes. We have two types of calibration certificates available for all our instruments. Both include information
on all the calibration standards that were used in the calibration. A more extensive certificate also includes data
showing the actual readings at each major increment of measurement. The charges differ by model so please contact
our Customer Support Center for details.

| Q. |
If I modify my instrument will it void my warranty? |
| A. |
Yes. Any non-factory modification will void your warranty. In addition, it is our policy that should we
find any unauthorized modifications during service work that could compromise operator safety we will return the
instrument to its original specifications and safety level and charge you accordingly.
