Warranty Program

We also offer a comprehensive warranty program to meet the different needs of our customers. There are three warranties available, the standard 1-year warranty, a purchased 3-year warranty and a renewable 5-year warranty. The 1-year warranty is our standard warranty available with each and every instrument purchased. Our renewable 5-year warranty is available on every instrument so long as the instrument is returned annually for calibration. Our 3-year warranty is available to owners who want extended protection, without having the requirement to send in their instrument.

Trade-In Program

Associated Research offers a trade-in program on any old AR instrument. This trade-in is valid even if the instrument is no longer functioning. This provides AR instrument owners with an excellent opportunity to upgrade to any of our latest instruments with up-to-date technology.
