Our MedTEST system provides advanced test functionality while increasing efficiency to medical device manufacturers. It allows medical device manufacturers to easily test to common medical electrical safety specifications such as UL206-1, UL60601-1, IEC601-1, IEC60601-1, EN60601-1 and more!
MedTEST performs hipot, ground bond and line leakage tests together in one comprehensive system. It can also perform all B, BF, and CF Type applied part testing required for medical device manufacturers. The base configuration of the system includes the SC6540 master scanning, the SC6540 slave scanning, the LINECHEK II model 620L, the OMNIA 8104, an APT brand AC Power Source and our Autoware software. The system does require one PC with at least 3 communication ports. It is a highly cost-effective system priced well below comparable system.

The OMNIA 8100 series is a family of multi-functional electrical safety compliance analyzers. OMNIA 6, model 8106, is a 6-in-1 instrument that provides AC/DC Hipot, Insulation Resistance, 40 Amp Ground Bond, Functional Run, and Line Leakage tests. The 8106 is available with Ethernet, GPIB (IEEE-488) or RS-232 interface. OMNIA can also be controlled through Autoware®, our stand alone test software.

LINECHEK II
|
LINECHEK® II is a fully-automated Line Leakage tester with an enhanced graphic LCD. It can be configured for use in stand alone applications or as part of a system when interconnected to any Associated Research Hipot or Ground Bond tester. Test operators can configure the 620L to perform all 8 required Line Leakage tests using the most common measuring devices. The 620L is available with GPIB (IEEE-488) or RS-232 interface. LINECHEK can also be controlled through Autoware®, our stand alone test software.
