| This optional receptacle box is ideal for applications
when high volume manufacturing calls for multiple item
testing. The system provides (8) individual receptacles
for output of high voltage and high current. The front
panel also includes (8) individual return cable ports
to attach to the return side of each device under test.
The HS-01 will interconnect directly to either the company's
internal or external scanner matrix systems that can be
used with the QUADCHEK® II 4-in-1 Electrical Safety
Compliance Analyzers model 7564SA or the 7504SA (500VA
version).
The receptacles used on the HS-01 are modified by Associated
Research for use at voltages of up to 5 kVAC and 6 kVDC.
The adapter box allows for testing sequentially or all
ports can be activated to test simultaneously. The front
panel return connections are positive locking style
connectors so the cables cannot be accidentally pulled
from the connector during testing.
The HS-01 includes rack mount handles for easy mounting
into an automated test system. Also included with the
HS-01 are all the required cables for interconnection
to the scanning matrix.
The HS-01 measures (H x W x D) 5" x 17" x
13" (147 x 432 x 320 mm) and weighs 9.2 lbs. (4.18
kg)
