Our Electrical Safety Compliance Analyzers are designed for automated test applications. They offer a full compliment of automation interfaces including Ethernet, RS-232, IEEE-488 (GPIB) and more. These testers are fully automated and can be controlled with Autoware®, our stand alone software. They are also compatible with the latest Labview® software drivers. These products will perform a complete suite of electrical safety compliance tests such as AC Hipot, DC Hipot and Insulation Resistance tests, Ground Bound, Ground Continuity, Functional Run and Line Leakage tests. These testers are also compatible with our modular scanning matrixes for multiple point or multiple product testing. Medical Compliance Analyzers
Our Medical Testers are designed to provide test solutions for manufacturers that need to common medical electrical safety specifications such as UL2601, UL60601-1, IEC601-1, IEC60601-1, and more. We offer three test solutions for these manufacturers. Our MedTEST system performs hipot, ground bond and line leakage tests together in one comprehensive system. It can also perform all B, BF, and CF Type applied part testing required for medical device manufacturers. The base configuration of the system includes the SC6540 master scanner, the SC6540 slave scanner, the LINECHEK II model 620L, the OMNIA 8104, and an Associated Power Technologies, AC Power source. It is run with our Autoware software and does require one PC with at least 3 communication ports. It is a highly cost-effective system priced well below comparable systems.
OMNIA® model 8106 provides AC Hipot, DC Hipot, Insulation Resistance, Ground Bond/Continuity, Functional Run and Line Leakage tests in a single DUT connection. OMNIA offers a full compliment of automation interfaces including Ethernet, RS-232, IEEE-488 (GPIB) and more. The 8106 can be used as a bench top instrument or as a PC controlled system used in tandem with our Autoware® control software and is well suited for Medical testing applications that require multiple electrical safety tests including Line Leakage tests.
LINECHEK II is designed for stand alone Line Leakage Tests or to add functionality to existing Associated Research Hipot Tester. LINECHEK II offers a full compliment of automation interfaces including Ethernet, RS-232, IEEE-488 (GPIB) and more. Our fully automated products can also be controlled with Autoware®, our stand alone software. They are also compatible with the latest Labview® software drivers. LINECHEK II provides the most common measuring devices (MD's) already incorporated into the instrument and can perform patient lead tests with an optional scanning matrix. It also features a continuous run capability which allows the DUT to run without shutting down between line leakage tests.

AC Power Sources
The AC1000 is a 1 kVA AC power source that is provided as a companion instrument to the OMNIA 8100 series of electrical safety compliance analyzers or the LINECHEK II. The AC1000 can be used for Line Leakage testing when an isolation transformer adjustable to 110 % line voltages is required. It can also be used in conjunction with the Functional Run Test to simulate various utility power configurations for product applications testing. The AC1000, when combined with an OMNIA or LINECHEK II, provides customers with a versatile and efficient testing system.

Scanners
Our scanning matrixes are designed to automate multi-point and multi-product testing when coupled with OMNIA, HypotULTRA III, and HypotMAX by providing high voltage and high current testing channels. The SC6540 is a modular scanner that allows 10 different configurations based on the need of the application. A master scanner (M) is configured with its own power module and controlled directly through automation software. A slave scanner (S) is configured without a power module and is controlled either by a master scanner or the electrical safety tester.
