Joe Guerriero joined AR in 1977. He first joined the technical group and then worked his way through various sales and marketing roles. As Vice President and General Manager of AR he has guided the company through an ongoing process of growth and improvement. |
Dwayne Davis
Technical Services Manager

Dwayne has been with AR since 1969. He manages the company’s technical support functions and is a well known industry expert. Dwayne has conducted seminars and written articles on various electrical safety testing topics. |
Roger Bald
Engineering Manager

Roger became part of the AR engineering group when he joined the company in 1988. His role as Engineering Manager involves control of all our research and development projects. He holds several patents for some of the company’s latest technologies. |
Pete Stevens
Domestic Sales Manager

Peter joined AR in 1995. Over the years he held various titles in the sales department and has extensive product knowledge. He currently manages our domestic sales functions including our factory representatives, distributors and our direct sales team. |
Adam Mikos
International Sales Manager

Adam has been with AR since 1996. He first started in our domestic sales group but quickly used his international knowledge and expertise to significantly increase the company’s international exposure. AR is now a globally recognized brand. Adam manages our international representatives, distributors and factory direct sales people. |
Jocelyn Billard
Quality Assurance Manager

Jocelyn became part of the service and quality control group when he joined the company in 1997. His technical skills helped to improve our testing process and further enhance product reliability. His role now is focused on the management of the company’s general quality control activity and ISO compliance systems. |
Shannon Sivak
Regional Sales Manager

Shannon joined the AR Illinois headquarters location in 1999. He worked managing several territories and then relocated California to launch the company’s new AR West office. He now manages all activities of the AR west operation. |
